Andriy Raykovych: The start of production of SPIKE tractors is a historic event
The head of the Kirovograd Regional Military Administration Andriy Raykovych called the start of production of Kropyvnytskyi tractors under the SPIKE brand an important historic event for the region. He stated this during a press conference on April 2.
“This is the start and formation of the foundation of a new direction of agricultural engineering in the Kirovograd region. It is important that a young, professional and ambitious team took on this complex project. For our part, we - both the regional and state authorities - will contribute to this development as much as possible,” said Andriy Raykovych, head of the OVA.
