Agro Kar supports veterans in partnership with the employment service

The Agro Kar company joined the communication meeting of employers in Kropyvnytskyi, dedicated to business support opportunities and employment of veterans during martial law. The event was held with the participation of the State Employment Service and brought together enterprises that are already using state support programs.
During the discussion, the deputy director of Agro Kar LLC Svitlana Teplyuk spoke about the joint project “Vacancy for a Hero” with the Kropyvnytskyi branch of the regional employment center, which helps veterans return to professional activity.
“As part of the project, we held a number of events, presentations and job fairs. Our company takes care of veterans and employees with disabilities. We cooperate with a military psychologist, pay attention to adaptation and creating comfortable working conditions. With the assistance of the employment service, two jobs were created: the first for a disabled person who was employed, the second for our mobilized employee who returned to work after being injured and having his disability group established. The employee was transferred from the position of a fitter-assembler to the position of a manager, inclusive conditions were created by arranging his workplace for his needs,” noted Svitlana Teplyuk.
Support for veterans is a systemic social policy of the Agro Kar company. Partnership with the employment service allows not only to preserve jobs, but also to open up new opportunities for specialists returning to civilian life.
The company plans to further develop cooperation with state institutions in the field of employment and professional integration, implementing practical solutions to support employees and develop Ukrainian engineering.
