A veteran found a job at Agro Car thanks to the "Vacancy for a Hero" social initiative.

At just 21 years old, Oleksandr already has military service, combat experience, and a fresh professional start in civilian life under his belt. He secured a job in his field thanks to "Vacancy for a Hero," a joint initiative between the Kirovohrad Regional Employment Center and the company Agro Car.

Originally from the Kyiv region, he is an electrical engineering graduate. Oleksandr served in the National Police starting in 2023 and saw combat in the Donetsk sector. In 2025, he continued his service with the National Guard, carrying out missions in the Kupiansk sector. After completing his contract, Oleksandr returned to civilian life and moved to Kropyvnytskyi, where his wife lives.

Through the "Vacancy for a Hero" project, Oleksandr successfully completed an internship as an electrician and was subsequently hired.

"For this young veteran, it was an opportunity to apply knowledge gained prior to his military service, acquire practical experience, and grow in a profession he had consciously chosen. The employer also played a crucial role in this process: Agro Car not only opened the door for Oleksandr to build a civilian career but also utilized the state program for employer support," the employment center noted.
