Agro Kar equipment meets the requirements of the Ukraine Facility program

The Ukraine Facility program is one of the key instruments of financial support to Ukraine from the European Union until 2027. It was launched in 2024 and provides for financing the country's recovery and development, in particular in the field of education, infrastructure and logistical support of institutions and communities.
At the same time, participation in projects implemented under this program has clear rules. They are enshrined in the Framework Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, ratified by Law No. 3786-IX. The document obliges customers to comply with special requirements of the European Union during procurements financed by the Ukraine Facility. One of the key conditions is the origin of goods and materials used during the performance of works.
According to Article 5 of the Framework Agreement, all goods must originate from the so-called "eligible countries". The list of such countries is determined and published by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. For customers, this means the need to have documentary confirmation of the origin of each piece of equipment.
The Agro Kar company has a certificate of origin of the goods, which confirms that the SPIKE equipment is manufactured in Ukraine. This allows you to use SPIKE tractors in purchases made within the framework of the Ukraine Facility program.
Practical confirmation of this is the fact that real purchases have already been made. Within the framework of the program, SPIKE tractors have already been purchased by the Skvir Higher Vocational School of the Kyiv region and the Malyn Vocational College of the Zhytomyr region. The equipment is used for educational and business needs of the institutions, and the very fact of its purchase indicates compliance with the requirements of the program, in particular regarding the origin of the goods.
For educational institutions, communities and other customers, this means the opportunity to work with Ukrainian equipment that meets European funding rules and has a confirmed origin. And for Agro Kar, this is another step towards the integration of Ukrainian engineering into the European system of restoration and development of Ukraine.
