KAFK Mechanical Students Visit Agro Kar’s Production Facilities

Agro Kar welcomed a group of students training to become mechanics at KAFK College. We gave them a tour of the company premises, showed them our production facilities, and introduced them to our team’s work.
During the tour, the students saw how work is organised at the company and where and how SPIKE tractors and towed agricultural equipment are assembled. We explained the main stages of assembly and the day-to-day work of our mechanics.
For future specialists, visits like this offer a chance to see production processes firsthand and understand how classroom knowledge is applied in practice. Studying a tractor’s components in a classroom is one thing; seeing them come together during assembly adds a new perspective.
Introducing students to production is an important part of our cooperation with colleges. We want young mechanics to gain an understanding of their future work and the opportunities in Ukraine’s agricultural machinery industry while they are still studying.
Thank you to the students and teachers of KAFK College for visiting! We are glad to share a look inside Agro Kar and pass on our experience to those just starting their professional journey.
