That is why I am so keen on the discussion around localization. Because I know how much effort, time and money it takes to switch from imports to our own production.

Yes, creating production in Ukraine, especially during a war, is much more difficult than simply importing finished goods from abroad.

Yes, we could have continued to import only. It is easier, cheaper and often more profitable. But we chose a different path - to strengthen the economy of our country!

Today, Agro Kar produces Ukrainian equipment under the Spike brand, expands the model range, creates new jobs, invests in production and cooperates with dozens of Ukrainian enterprises.

A country that only imports creates jobs in other countries. A country that produces creates them for its people. The development of its own production is not only a matter of the economy, but also a matter of the return of Ukrainians home, a decent salary and prospects for their children.

That is why I publicly support Dmytro Kysylevsky’s position on the protection of true localization.

Localization is not just paper or a stuck-on “Made in Ukraine” sign. For us, it is real support from the state. These are fair rules for real Ukrainian production. This is the long-term future of the country!

If we want to have a strong Ukrainian industry, we must protect not formal, but real localization!
