Vocational colleges can upgrade equipment through the Ukraine Facility program

Vocational colleges in Ukraine have received a real opportunity to update their material and technical base – in particular, to purchase modern agricultural machinery – within the framework of the Ukraine Facility program.
This is one of the key financial instruments of support for Ukraine by the European Union until 2027. The program provides for financing the development of education, infrastructure and technical support of institutions.
At the same time, purchases within the framework of the Ukraine Facility have clear requirements. In particular, the equipment must have a confirmed origin from the so-called “eligible countries”, the list of which is determined by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
The equipment manufactured by the Agro Kar company meets these requirements. The company has a certificate of origin confirming production in Ukraine, and therefore the equipment can be purchased within the framework of the program.
This has already been confirmed by practice: SPIKE tractors under the Ukraine Facility program have already been purchased by Skvir Higher Vocational School in Kyiv region and Malyn Vocational College in Zhytomyr region. They use the equipment both for training students and for economic needs.
For vocational colleges, this means the opportunity not only to update equipment, but to do so with international funding - in compliance with all European requirements.
