"Agro Kar" closely cooperates with the Kropyvnytskyi Agrarian Vocational College

Agro Kar has been cooperating with the Kropyvnytsky Agrarian Vocational College (KAFK) for many years, supporting the training of specialists for the agricultural industry and attracting young specialists to modern production.

This year, company representatives joined the celebration of the 95th anniversary of the college, an institution that was the start of the professional path for many Agro Kar employees. Today, five of the company's employees are graduates of KAFK, and cooperation with the college continues on an ongoing basis.

Students of the Kropyvnytsky Agrarian Vocational College regularly visit the enterprise with excursions, get acquainted with modern production processes, equipment, and undergo production practice.

The next step in the partnership will be a joint educational project planned for 2026. Agro Kar plans to equip one of the college's classrooms with modern stands, samples of units and spare parts that farmers work with every day. This will allow students to gain practical skills that are as close as possible to real working conditions in the industry.

“Our company is open to cooperation with educational institutions. We are convinced that investments in education are investments in the development of the agricultural sector and the future of Ukrainian production,” said Andriy Dyakunenko, a graduate of KAFK and currently the commercial director of Agro Kar.
